I am not trying to say nor to reveal anything.

I’m searching for the essence, the balance, the silence.

Tales of my own mind. My poetry.

Evidence and power of black.

Black as ink, deep or translucent, as a tribute to Japanese and Chinese masters. Black is thick (acrylic) and then, it’s about stretching this material so it’s bringing the color and background to life, in contrast.

Why such small sizes ? I feel very comfortable in the tiny. Is it to encourage the visitor to come closer, to invite him to enter my world, or to open a door to his own? I love this intimate relation that modest dimensions, combined to abstraction, impose to those who look at my work. I watch them looking closely, then even more closely and sometimes it seems to me that they’re getting inside !
